Lite: Introduction to quantitative risk analysis |
Event
Chain Methodology: New Resources |
RiskyProject
Lite is an introductory level project risk management software. RiskyProject
Lite is designed for project managers without advanced knowledge of risk
analysis theory. Just create a project schedule or import it from other project management applications. Then create a risk
list and perform simulations. RiskyProject Lite will
determine how risks and uncertainties will affect your project schedule.
What
is a difference between RiskyProject Professional and RiskyProject
Lite:
-
RiskyProject
Lite does not present the user with input and output statistical
distributions and other statistical parameters.
-
Risky Project Lite does not have
the Sensitivity view, the Crucial Task view, the tracking Gantt
chart, the Success Rate view, risk templates, or project decision
analysis
