For qualitative analysis, you can now customize the text labels for risk outcomes that will guide your users. For example, for safety risks, you can provide additional text such as "Serious - hospitalization required"

Risk Matrix.

The Risk matrix shows project risks' impact and probabilities and allows you to identify critical risks. In addition, the Risk matrix shows both threats and opportunities. The Risk Matrix is fully customizable: you can define the size of the matrix and risk attitude.

Cost of risk calculation: potential loss, cost of mitigation efforts, savings from mitigation efforts.

Uncertainties in risk outcomescan be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis. For example, risk may cause delay between 10 days and 20 days defined as an uniform statistical distribution.

Improved user interface and Monte Carlo simulation performance; new ribbon interface has been introduced; assigning low and high estimates for duration and cost for a group of tasks has been improved;

RiskyProject is now seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Project 2010 using RiskyProject ribbon in the Project. You may map fields in Microsoft Project to parameters in RiskyProject. For example, duration1 in Microsoft Project could be imported to Low duration in RiskyProject. RiskyProject is also integrated with Oracle® Primavera, Safran, and other project management software.

RiskyProject can now import probabilities and outcomes of risks from Microsoft Excel.
