Principal Product Manager

Wily is seeking several Product Managers to drive strategy and requirements for our market leading products and work closely with executives throughout the company to formulate and implement market-oriented strategies. 

The Principal Product Manager is responsible for identifying new product opportunities and developing Business Plans (including price points and business justification) for new products. This position defines product strategy, requirements pricing, packaging and positioning, collaborates with Development to develop market leading products, and supports marketing in launching products. 

The ideal candidate will have a technical Bachelor's Degree in a related field; an MBA is preferred. Work experience should include typically 7-10 years in an industry related role, and skills in Java/J2EE applications or Java Application Server Technology. Experience in managing enterprise systems/network management products, knowledge of Microsoft.NET, and other Microsoft technologies such as SQLServer a big plus. This position requires excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills plus strong written and verbal communications skills. Must be comfortable in communicating detailed technical product and market information and possess excellent organizational skills.
