Enabling low and high duration/cost for the group of tasks

How can can set low duration/cost for the group of task. I would like to multiply duration on 0.9 and 1.1 to get low and high durations.

You assign low and high duration for the group of tasks using popup menu in any view which has task information: schedule, results of report. Here is how to do it:
