Risk Matrix Percent ranges show 20000000.0%

Sometimes our users are trying to modify the Risk Matrix, however the '%' seem to be completely off. the percentage is showing like "20000000.0%" which is faulty.

This problem occurs due to regional settings for decimal and digit group symbol are the same in the regional settings. This causes the software to misinterpret the decimal symbol and the risk matrix will appear something like this.

The solution is to go to the Windows Region settings > Additional > Numbers, and changing group separator and decimal separator. They should be different.

It is also important to go to system registry using Regedit tool and delete:

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Intaver\RiskyProject Pro 7\Settings
