Branching and milestones
We are trying to setup branching in RiskyProject and model what might happen if we are not granted an exemption. How can we interpret the results as we are getting a single finish time.

Re: Branching and milestones
Because you are looking at probabilities for the project as a whole, the two activities that are at the end of each branch are not needed. We want to interpret what happens to the last activity, not the results of the two branches individually because they will have unrealistic results by themselves.
Couple of items.
1. Both branches need to be run probabilistically.
2. Both branches should be linked to a single final task. This is what will provide you the probabilistic results for Finish Times for the schedule.
3. You should have uncertainties on activities.
