How can I see how a risk impacts a particular activity?

There are a several methods that you can use to see how risks are assigned to specific activity. Here are two.

Method 1: Task Information, Risk Tab

Double-click on an activity to open the Task Information dialog box and click the Risk tab. In the Risk tab, you can view, add, or modify how risks are assigned to the activity.



Method 2: Risk indicators on Gantt bars

In the Project view, Result Gantt, Success Rate, Crucial Tasks views there are Risks can be visualized on the Gantt bars by right-clicking on the Gantt chart and choosing Show Risks from the shortcut menu.



Risk assigned to the task are visualized with arrows color coded and size to indicate criticality and direction to indicate threats (down) and opportunities (up). Double click on a risk to view and if required modify the specific risk assignment.
