Assign risk to summary tasks

How can assign risk "Increase duration" or "increase cost" to the summary task?

You cannot assign risk for the summary task directly. It is because ambiguity in distributing risk outcome between different subtasks. For example you have summary task A which has two sequential subtasks B and C. If you increase duration of task A due to certain risk, it is unclear how duration of tasks B and C will increase. We recommend to assign risk to subtask. You can assign risk to all subtasks using 'Drag'n'drop' risk view. This way you can select a summary task, but actually risk will be assigned to the subtasks.

We use RiskyProject version 5? Can we use risk drag'n'drop view to assign risks to summary tasks?

RiskyProject drag'n'drop view is only available in RiskyProject version 6. You need to upgrade version 5 to version 6.
