RiskyProject 3 calculates work, duration, and number of units for resource allocation. RiskyProject 3 has a number of user-defined business rules, which specify how such calculation will be conducted. These rules are similar to MS Project rules.
For all three parameters (duration, work, and units) RiskyProject 3l generates a statistical distribution. This distribution, not single values, is used to perform resource leveling.
Another important feature of RiskyProject 3 is resource redeployment event. This event is defined in risk view and assigned to task. Resource redeployment event will be executed in case of resource overallocation over certain probabilistic limit, i.e. P90. In other word if resource is overallocated in more than 90% of cases, the resource will re redeployed.
