Setting the height of rows

I've been importing risks to the risk register from an excel spreadsheet, and I noticed that 2 of the 198 rows are wider than the rest. Are there any reasons that this would happen?
Also what resizing options do I have for rows? I have a longer description column that gets cut off, is there a wrap text setting?

Our current Risk Register does not support wrapping text.
Normally the extra width is due to non-breaking spaces or other formatting in the Excel. To resize, hover over the row border and left-click which will change to cursor so that you can drag the row border to the width you require.

We believe that visually Risk Register looks more appealing and easy to read when the rows are the same height. It is better to have relative short and concise risk name, but with more detailed description in Risk Information dialog (when you double click on risk ID in Risk Register).
