Re: Linking Google Docs to Risks
In RiskyProject Enterprise you can attach or link documents to specific risks in the Risk Information > Documents tab. Documents that can be linked to a risk include Google docs. There are 2 methods that you can use to link your Google docs to a risk: directly link to an online document or, creating a local copy of your Google Drive.
The link feature is located at the bottom of the Documents tab.

To link a document from a remote site:
1. Click the Add Document or Link button. The Document Description dialog box opens.

2. Select the Add link option.
3. Paste or type in the specific url for the Google doc in the Path or link to website field.
4. Add name and description.
5. Click OK.
To link a local Google document.
1. Add Google Drive for Desktop: https://support.google.com/a/users/answer/9965580?hl=en
2. In the local Google Drive, locate the document you want to link, right-click and choose Google Drive > Copy Link to clipboard.

3. Paste the link in the Path or link to website field.
4. Add name and description.
5. Click OK
