How can I enter an issue into RiskyProject?

Often at the start of a project, you will not only identify risks, but you can also identify issues that must be managed during the project. You add an issue to your project in much the same way that you add a risk, but when you add it to the risk register, you must select the Issue option in the Risk Lifecycle group (default is Risk).
