Project Risk Analysis Software and Project Risk Management Software Forum

I'm trying to convince our management to start using risk management processes in our organization. We currently have Microsoft Project and Oracle Primavera. We currently use EVM processes. We are private company and we don't have any mandatory requirements to use risk analysis software. I did a couple of presentations on project risk analysis and risk management in out company for few senior managers. Everybody agree that risk analysis is important but no actions are taken so far. Does anybody have an experience with that?

We have a number of case studies which show benefits of project risk management and project risk analysis. Our clients perform a number of very large projects using RiskyProject software and utilized of Event Chain Methodology. Among these projects where large scale oil and gas projects performed in Western Canada, projects in pharmaceutical industry, many projects performed by defense contractors, projects performed by government organizations, etc. RiskyProject calculates risk adjusted project schedule. The risk adjusted project schedule is the realistic project schedule. This schedule needs to be managed rather than original project schedule without risk and uncertainties. We have any cases when our clients created original project schedule, performed risk analysis and generated risk adjusted project schedule, and then manage risk adjusted schedule. The projects went on time and on budget. It means that original project would late and over budget based on original project schedule.
