Does R.P. have PMBOK type risk response planning i.e. response classification (accept, mitigate, etc.) and indentification of mitigation activities?

We don't define particular category of risk response, however you can use our risk mitigation view to define mitigation plan. Actually they are events, which are executed when risk called "execute mitigation plan" has occurred.
