When we designed RiskyProject we focused on few important aspects:
1. Easy-to-use: RiskyProject is designed for project managers without extensive experience in statistics. Most our clients are small and medium size companies. They cannot afford spending a lot of time on performing complex analysis, but they want to manage risks.
2. Implementation of event chain methodology: we recommend our users to manage risk events rather than define ranges of duration and cost, which is also possible.
3. Tracking project with risks and uncertainties.
4. Mitigation of psychological biases and heuristics related to judgment and decision making in project management. RiskyProject includes components, which help project manager to make an informed decision (critical risks, decision tree analysis, risk templates, etc).
