License switches back to trial version

I am trying to activate a license for a laptop (Unique number 145870-840637), but it says the license is already activated, can you please assist? A little background. This was already activated on this machine, however, it suddenly reverted to the 30-day trial version and when we tried to switch back, it asked for the key and said it was already activated.

Your license can now be reactivated.
The license information is saved in the registry. If it switched back to 30-day trial that means the registry entry was deleted. We normally see this occur when a registry cleaner or security software deletes it. You should with your IT team as otherwise this may continue to happen.
