Joint confidence level chart can be accessed from Project Summary view in the Analysis tab of Workflow menu or ribbon:

In the latest release of the software Joint confidence level chart includes frontier lines or lines with equal probabilities of cost and schedule (duration). You don't need to do any special settings or selections to view Joint confidence level chart. It is generated automatically as a result of Monte Carlo simulations. After you perform Monte Carlo simulations go to Project Summary view and click on Cost vs. Duration Scatter Plot button.
