License Activation Already Activated Message

I am getting a license wizard pop up every time I try to use Risky Project. Then I get an error that says this License is already activated, please contact intaver institute for more information. Please advise.

We can refresh the license, but this will continue to happen as it appears that the license information cannot be written to your computers registry. Typically this occurs when there are insufficient user permissions to write to the license information to the registry, a utility is removing "unauthorized" entries, or there is security layer that is denying permission. To permanently resolve this issue, you will need to contact your IT personnel to allow the software to write to the registry. If they require more information, they can contact us directly at support@intaver.com
