License already activated message

I’m getting the below error message when attempting to use my regular desktop license. How can I fix this?

You are most likely seeing this as you have previously activated the license on another computer. RiskyProject desktop software is a perpetual license that is associated with a license key. Under the End User License Agreement, the license can only be activated on one computer, unless dispensation is requested to install on a additional laptop for home or travel use. Each license comes with a set number of activations after which they will be depleted and can no longer be activated. You can request additional activation on condition that the software and license have been uninstalled from other computers.
