How RiskyProject Enterprise licensing works?

We are thinking of upgrading to your Enterprise version. How does this work, will we get credit for our current licenses?

RiskyProject Enterprise is a client/server application which requires client and server licensing which are separate as the desktop licenses can work either in standalone mode or as a client connected to the Enterprise Server.
The Enterprise Server license does not just allow users to connect to a database to share data, but also includes several key features such as:
• User Management with Roles and Permissions
• Notification
• OBS
• Project Portfolio with hierarchy
• Multiple Risk Registers that allow risk assessment, management and control of risks at any level of the hierarchy (project, program, or enterprise).
In the example below, if you have 10 desktop licenses, to migrate to RiskyProject Enterprise requires purchasing an additional 10 user Enterprise license. . Desktop licenses that are Enterprise capable are:
• RiskyProject Professional
• RiskyProject Lite
• RiskyProject Risk Register (Enterprise only)
The desktop licenses are still valid and can be used when a user works offline and can be transferred to different user as required.
