MS Project Addin not loading with runtime error

If the RiskProject Addin is not loading and the Addins center in Project options shows it is disabled and in the Com Addins Manager Load Behaviour is "Not loaded. A runtime error occured during the loading of the Com Addin."

Try the following:

1. In MS Project Options> Trust Center Settings clear the Require Application Add-ins to be signed by Trusted Publisher check box.
2. start RiskyProject without MS Project.
3. Start MS Project. RiskyProject should overwrite registry setting for load behaviour.
