Distribution
Do have any recommendations, what type of distribution should I use for duration? I have a number of activities ranged from 3 days to 2 month. I estimate uncertainties as low (around -10%), most likely and high (around + 10%).

industry uses
Interesting to see how people are using this, glad I could get the ball rolling :) I have been testing/using RiskyProject now for about 6 months as part of our construction projects. I am mostly using the tracking function to get a estimate of how the progress will affect the schedules of our future...
