Event Chain Diagram is a useful tool and analyze and visualize relationship between risks in different tasks. We currently did not implement it in RiskyProject but planning to do it in future versions.

To view results of analysis on the particular phase to can double click on gantt bar associated to the phase's summary task, phase's milestone, or the last task of the phase.

You will be presented with four requency charts:
1. Cost of the task (phase)
2. Duration
3. Start Time
4. Finish Time

In order to set cost, duration, or income (in RiskyProject 2) to zero, just enter zero instead of current value. You cannot delete value in the grid to set it to zero.

Yes, RiskyProject Lite and RiskyProject Professional share the same data file. However, some information you define in RiskyProject Professional cannot be viewed or edited in RiskyProject Lite. The example is risk correlations or input for decision analysis.
