How does RiskyProject manage MS Project Master schedules?

We have been asked to rebaseline our project based on the P50 results of the analysis. This has been taken by some of our project team members to indicate the Mean or average of the results. I think I remember reading that this is not the case in schedules because of the shape of the histogram.

In our projects we are required to run CPM. The problem is that we have a lot of parallel activites etc on our projects and CPM often misses this. Can we use ECM to get a better understanding of this issue?

I have noticed that if I enter x chance that a risk will occur that the probability on the risk register is not the same. This also occurs if I have only one risk and one activity. It is close, but not the same.

We have tried using mpx and xml, but have had some changes occur with activity dates etc. Is there anyway we can resolve this?

We have a central risk register and basically it is just a risk list for us as the previous risk prob and impact are not carried over. We would like to have default impact and prob for risks and then be able to modify or assign as required.
