If have the same risk assigned to different tasks in RiskyProject, are these assignments corrected to each other or not?

I found risk template interface. I think it is very useful feature. How can I create my own risk template?

Here is an example. I have risk Fire and I have risk Flood. Both require clean-up and renovations. They have different probabilities, but can be assigned to the same task.
