DCMA Check #4: Relationships

This check calculates percent of predecessor relationships (links) of type Finish-to-Start (FS) on Incomplete Tasks versus total relationships. Finish-to-Start provide more logical flow through the precedence network. Other relationship types, such as Start-to-Start, Finish-to-Finish, and Start-to-Finish are more difficult to understand.

Comments

Using the list of task issues (the list at the top of Diagnostics dialog box) you can find tasks with Start-to-Start, Finish-to-Finish, and Start-to-Finish relationships.
