DCMA Check #7: Negative Float

This check calculates percentage of Incomplete Tasks with Negative Float or tasks with Total Slack less than zero. Negative float usually is a result of hard constraints, which should be minimized. Negative float also means that some key date cannot be met.

Comments

Using list of task issues (the list at the top of Diagnostics dialog box) you can find tasks with Negative Float and perform necessary corrections.
