DCMA Check #2: Leads

This check calculates the percent of links (predecessors) that have a lead or a negative lag. Both deterministic and probabilistic analysis can be distorted if the schedule has negative lags. These leads should be avoided

Percent of predecessor relationships that have a lead (negative lag) should be zero

Comments

Double click on the message "Negative Lags" within the list of task issues (the list at the top of Diagnostics dialog box) to see the tasks with the leads (negative lags).
