DCMA Check #8: High Duration

This check calculates percentage of Incomplete Tasks with Original (Baseline). Duration greater than 44 working days (2 months). It is recommended to break high duration tasks into several shorter tasks to make them more measureable.

Percent of incomplete tasks with high duration should not exceed 5%

Comments

Using list of task issues (the list at the top of Diagnostics dialog box) you can find tasks with High Duration. You can also configure High Duration to any number of working days by clicking on Configure button. However this setting affects only list of task issues. DCMA test is always based on 44 working days.
