Risk Register

The set of all risks. Includes input parameters: opened or closed, risk or issue, and properties. Also, includes calculated parameters: threat or opportunity, pre- and post-mitigation probability, impact, and score. Risks from Risk Register should be assigned to tasks or resources. RiskyProject is shown in Risk Register view.
