Description

Seed is a starting parameterfor random number generation used to calculate Fixed Cost. If you have two tasks, and they have strong positivecorrelations between their costs, you can make their seeds the same. For example: low cost time of one task willcoincide with low cost of another task. Seeds do not affect current schedule calculation.
