Intaver Institute and MBAWare enter into reseller
agreement
Calgary, Alberta – November 22, 2005
Intaver Institute Inc. and MBAWare Enterprises, a
reseller of business analysis and project management software, today announced
that Intaver Institute’s project risk management software, RiskyProject, would
be available on MBAWare’s software distribution network. The two companies have
entered into a reseller agreement allowing MBAWare Enterprises to
resell project risk management software, RiskyProject, to its customers.
“The addition of RiskyProject to our extensive list of
business analysis software will give us an opportunity to strengthen our
position in the area of project management,” said Bob Deily, founder and CEO of
MBAWare Enterprises.
“RiskyProject represents an important component of project planning,
scheduling, and quantitative decision and risk analysis workflow, which is
facilitated by a number of products which we already offer, including Microsoft
Project and MindManager”.
MBAWare is currently reselling a complete project
management solution. It includes MindManager by MindJet, which helps managers
brainstorm, capture and analyze information about project activities and risks.
This set of project activities can be exported to Microsoft Project. Intaver
Institute’s RiskyProject can define project schedules and risk lists internally
or use a project schedule from Microsoft Project and a set of risks captured in
MindManager to perform a quantitative risk analysis. RiskyProject determines the chance that the project will be
completed on schedule and within a budget, as well as identifies crucial tasks
and critical risks. Finally, results of the analysis can be exported from RiskyProject
to DecisionPro by Vanguard Software Corporation to perform project decision
analysis and select a project alternative based on duration and cost criteria.
MBAWare will resell two versions
of RiskyProject: RiskyProject Professional and RiskyProject Lite. RiskyProject
Professional is designed for advanced project planning and scheduling,
quantitative risk analysis and project performance measurement. RiskyProject
Lite is an introductory level project risk management application.
