Sr. Technical Support Representative
We currently have an exceptional career opportunity for a Sr. Technical Support Rep to join our Customer Support team in our
Calgary, AB, office. Customer Support provides Intaver customers with the best possible service and expertise to protect and enhance investments in
Intaver technology. Intaver Customer Support is committed to providing a degree of customer satisfaction that is unparalleled in the Industry.
Sr. Technical Support Rep candidates must exhibit a high degree of professionalism, technical knowledge, customer service, and enthusiasm. Your prior technical support, troubleshooting and customer support experience will help qualify you in providing world-class technical support for
RiskyProject, our market-leading project risk management product. In this position you will work on complex problems that have been escalated from Level 1 teams internationally, where analysis of the customer's situation or data will require an evaluation of many factors. The ideal candidate will exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results, and will work closely with the
Intaver Development team on resolution of selected issues.
Candidates should have at least 3+ years of technical support experience with knowledge/experience in the following skills/technologies:
C#, Java, XML, relational databases (SQL and Oracle), network protocols, and application servers.
Candidates should also have the ability to create tools and utilities using
C# or other programming language to aid in resolution of issues.
Qualified candidates must be available to perform rotational pager support and mentoring of less senior staff as required. Knowledge and experience with enterprise software applications, Web Services,
and TCP/IP troubleshooting a plus. BS in CS, CIS, MIS and relative technical certifications preferred.
