You may view a project tracking chart in the Tracking Chart view (Tracking phase). The tracking chart view is the only way you can view the tracking results for the complete project”
Once you have entered in the tracking information,
the tracking chart is automatically updated to show the Baseline The original project schedule (before calculation). Baselines are calculated
without taking into account risks, uncertainties, and tracking information.
RiskyProject uses only one project baseline. Baseline project schedules
are shown in the Baseline Gantt view. In addition, the baseline can be
shown together in the Result Gantt and Tracking Gantt views. It allows
you to compare the calculated project schedule, which included risks,
uncertainties, and tracking information, with the baseline schedule.,
Low, Base, High, Actual and Forecast tracking data.
:
Baseline is always shown and represents the start and finish times of the task An activity or job which has a start date and time, an end date and time, a duration, and other properties. A Project is comprised of tasks. as entered in the task sheet.
Results Low, Base, and High are calculated as part of the probabilistic calculations. Low is associated with minimum, P1, P5, or P10 results depending on setting defined in Options (Calculation tab). Base is associated with the mean Mean is one of statistical parameters. Mean is calculated as sum of variable values on each simulation divided by number of simulation. High is associated with the maximum, P90, P95, or P99. If the low, base, and high results are the same, only one base line is drawn.
Actual represents the actual progress of the task.
Forecast is generated if you do not have the results of probabilistic calculations and you have entered a percentage for task completion, but did not recalculate the project.
To view tracking results for specific tasks:
Select the checkbox on the right of the Task Name field. You can only view the results of one task at a time.
