Baseline Gantt

Baseline project schedule the timing and sequence of task within a project. A schedule contains tasks with dependencies, as well as other project information.: List of tasks and a Gantt chart.

Contains a hierarchical list of all the global risks

Risk Mitigation

This view is used to define a hierarchical list of all mitigation plans. The view also presents diagrams: how often the particular mitigation is executed

Cost and Revenue

This view contains a list of all the tasks with tasks fixed and variable costs,  income and revenue.

Result Gantt

This is a calculated project schedule. This view contains a list of all the tasks with and a Gantt chart with calculation results

Project Summary

This view shows the project name and description, as well as project duration Duration: The total span of working time required completing task or whole project. Task duration can be input in months, weeks, days, hours, and minutes, as it is specified in Options dialog box (Duration tab). Internally duration is calculated in hours. Duration is calculated using current calendar., start and finish times, total cost with and without taking task An activity or job which has a start date and time, an end date and time, a duration, and other properties. A Project is comprised of tasks. uncertainties and tracking into account.

Cost Analysis

This view shows the results of cost analysis for each task plus interactive cash flow diagram.

Sensitivity

This view contains charts which show the sensitivity of project costs, durations, finish times, and success rates to the uncertainty in task duration, costs, risks, etc.

Risk Chart

This chart shows risked tasks versus task duration or cost.

Crucial tasks

This view contains a list of all the tasks and Gantt chart with crucial tasks (tasks which most affect project duration)

Success Rate

This view contains a list of all the tasks and a Gantt chart with a success rate for each task

Track

Tracking Gantt

This view contains a list of all the tasks with a Gantt chart containing task tracking information

Tracking Chart

This view presents project actual and forecasted project or task performance

Report

Project Dashboard 3x3

This view shows the results the analysis: three main project parameters (cost, duration, finish time) with and without risk; three most crucial tasks, three most critical risks.

Baseline Task Sheet

This view contains a list of all the tasks with baseline (original) parameters. A Gantt chart is not available in this view

Result Task Sheet

This view contains a list of all the tasks with the results of the latest calculations (duration, start and finish times for each task). A Gantt chart is not available in this view.

Revenue Report

This view contains results of cost and revenue analysis. A Gantt chart is not available in this view.
