When you first start RiskyProject, the Baseline The original project schedule (before calculation). Baselines are calculated without taking into account risks, uncertainties, and tracking information. RiskyProject uses only one project baseline. Baseline project schedules are shown in the Baseline Gantt view. In addition, the baseline can be shown together in the Result Gantt and Tracking Gantt views. It allows you to compare the calculated project schedule, which included risks, uncertainties, and tracking information, with the baseline schedule. view Located on the left of the RiskyProject workspace, the Workflow bar allows you to quickly select and open Views. Each task An activity or job which has a start date and time, an end date and time, a duration, and other properties. A Project is comprised of tasks. should have a name and a base duration Duration: The total span of working time required completing task or whole project. Task duration can be input in months, weeks, days, hours, and minutes, as it is specified in Options dialog box (Duration tab). Internally duration is calculated in hours. Duration is calculated using current calendar.. The quickest way to do this is by double-clicking on an editable field in the Baseline view and type in the task name and duration.
A Gantt chart is used to graphically represent the tasks.
Use the following tools to edit the Gantt chart:
Use Zoom In, Zoom Out, Zoom All

You can always change start time using constraints (see Start, Finish Times and Constraints). You can also change other default parameters in the Options dialog box. See the Appendix for full list of default task parameters.
Tip: Define task durations using the Base Duration column. Once you have added all of the tasks, you can add uncertainties by assigning low and high durations. See How to Define Distribution for Start Time, Cost, and Duration for more information.
