Licensing Models: Subscription vs Perpetual vs Concurrent

We are reviewing different RiskyProject licensing models and want to confirm our understanding of the cost and technical implications for Subscription vs Perpetual licensing. We would also like to understand options for floating or concurrent licensing.

Here is our comparison between the two versions
Subscription License
Annual fee as listed on our site
Includes standalone version + MSP Add in + maintenance/support for one year.
Includes upgrades and patches while subscription is active.
License is activated via a code/key and is machine locked.
License can be transferred if a user leaves or changes roles.
Perpetual Machine Locked License
Cost is $1920
Includes upgrades and patches while maintenance is active.
License is machine locked and transferable between machines.
Is not upgradable to new versions
Perpetual Concurrent License
We do not support floating licenses. We offer concurrent users with the Enterprise version via SQL server.The Enterprise version is only offered as perpetual licenses.
