Does the new RiskyProject Risk Register in the Enterprise version 7.0, sit on the corporate server or individual desk computer, or both?

As shown in this graphic RiskyProject Risk Register is a client software installed on a user’s computer just like the professional version, except it only works with the Enterprise version.
