Do you have any way to save order of columns in risk register and project schedule so I don’t need to define them again for any new projects?

If you define your set of columns you can save it for any future new projects in the database (for RiskyProject Enterprise) or in Windows Registry (if you don’t have database). To do it go to Schedule toolbar tab -> Project Options, View tab, and then click on Set Default Column layout. You can also Restore Default Column Layout.
