We are starting new forum threat focused on project portfolio risk analysis and project portfolio risk management. Managing risks in project portfolio cannot be performed exactly the same way as for individual projects. Multiple projects may share the same risks. Probability and impact of these risks would depend what projects these risks are assigned to. Different projects will have different priorities, risk exposure. It is possible to rank projects based on risks. Project may share the same resources and different risks can be assigned to these resources. Moreover on an enterprise level it is important to manage not only schedule and costs risks, but also all risks categories, such as quality, technology, safety, security, legal, public relations, and others. All these issues make project portfolio risk management very complex.

You need to do the following steps:
1. Download RiskyProject professional 6 from http://www.intaver.com/index-downloads.html
2. Install RiskyProject Professional 6
3. Have access to SQL Server on your computer or network; if you don't have SQL Server you may use SQL Server Express which you can download from Microsoft Web site
4. Execute RiskyProjectDB.exe and install database
5. Execute RiskyProject 6 and connect to database when prompted

You are now connected to database. Your RiskyProject Enterprise is fully configured.
