Showing % complete on Gantt Chart

Post by Hato » Thu Sep 10, 2015 10:23 am

In Microsoft Project you can show actuals on the Gantt Chart. Actuals are shown in a different color on the bar. It is a quick visual way to see approximately how much progress there has been on each task. Is there any way to do this in RiskyProject?

Yes, as part of the schedule risk analysis, you can select to view actual progress on the activity bars on the Gantt Chart. The actuals are defined as percent completed in the Tracking tab of Task information dialog box (when you double click on task ID). To view the actuals, you need to enable an option called Tracking Bars. In the Analysis tab, Gantt Chart Group, click the Show Tracking Bars button. This will enable tracking of actuals on the Result Gantt view. You may also use a tracking view: tracking bar will be always enabled on this view.
