Risk wizard

I would suggest employing "risk wizard" to define risks in RiskyProject. "Risk wizard" can be very good tool to capture information about risks probabilities, moment of risks, etc. You can apply for example "probability wheel" to come up with probabilities.


Overall I like your software very much. I found it very useful for our business.

We will include something like "risk wizard" to new version of RiskyProject 3.0. It will be available in RiskyProject Lite and RiskyProject professional. "Risk wizard" will help to facilitate risk identification process especially if it is done in groups. It will include a number of steps:

- risk and risk alternatives
- probabilities for each alternative: we may use probability wheel
- outcomes and moment of risk
