Is it possible to define a statistical distribution for risk impact? I have an example:
Risk: Financial Problems
Chance: 35:
Impact: Cost increase from $5,000 to $7,000 - normal distribution

Changing likelihood and impact in Risk Register
Is it possible to update risk likelihood and impact in risk register directly without Risk Information dialog (without double click)? I think it will be much easier for users.

Re: Risk Chart
When I print risk (bubble) chart diameter of bubbles does it seem to be too small. The location of circles is correct. Relative diameter of each circle representing cost or duration is also correct. I recommend increasing diameter of circles for printing.

Assigning risks
We have just finished a risk workshop for our project and have identified several risks that we would like analyze. We have a couple of risks that can affect a majority of the activities (first several phases) but not the entire project. How would you assign these risks in RiskyProject? It seems to ...

Low and high duration for group of tasks
I would like to assign low duration -10% and high duration +10% for a group of task as the same moment. I tried to use options function, but apparently it works only for new tasks. What if I have 10 tasks I imported from MS Project?

Distribution
Do have any recommendations, what type of distribution should I use for duration? I have a number of activities ranged from 3 days to 2 month. I estimate uncertainties as low (around -10%), most likely and high (around + 10%).

industry uses
Interesting to see how people are using this, glad I could get the ball rolling :) I have been testing/using RiskyProject now for about 6 months as part of our construction projects. I am mostly using the tracking function to get a estimate of how the progress will affect the schedules of our future...

Event Chain Methodology for construction projects
I'm construction project manager with 25 years experience. I read your article related to Event Chain Methodology on PMBoulevard and found it very interesting. I think that using events and event chains as a representation of uncertainties will work much better than just defining regular three point...
