I would like to get some advice on the best way for learning how to use RiskyProject. Is the recommended method to read the whole documentations (RiskyProject User Guide)or is there a more in-depth step by step tutorial apart from the ones uploaded on YouTube?

Does RiskyProject have any file import capabilities where I could tie data in Excel or other format to MS Project tasks to effectively overwrite the existing resource loading that RiskyProject uses? I have so far found no way to do such an import directly into MS Project, and I've tried several.
