Not currently, though MPP support is in development
At a present time, RiskyProject does not support MPP format. We are planning to support MPP format in the later version.

No. RiskyProject is a standalone application. However you can read data from Microsoft Project saved in MPX or XML format. You may launch Microsoft Project directly from RiskyProject and export data or results of analysis.
