DCMA Check #14: Baseline Execution Index (BEI)

Baseline Execution Index (BEI) test measures the ratio of tasks that were actually completed to those tasks that should have been completed to date according to the Baseline schedule. It is a measure of performance or execution of the plan relative to the baseline plan.

Baseline Execution Index (BEI) greater than 95%.

Comments

Baseline Execution Index (BEI) is intended to assess the technical structure of the schedule and the degree to which actual progress matches the plan, paticularly the efficiency of performance against the plan.
