Modifying Columns in Data Sheets

You can any view by inserting, modifying or hiding columns depending on the type of information you would like to view. The header can also have different background colors, outline colors and text colors. In addition The Risk Register and Incident views allow you to define the upper header for the group of columns. The upper header can have two rows of text and a tooltip. It can also have different background colors, outline colors and text colors. There are two pre-defined upper headers: Pre-mitigation and Post-mitigation.

• Open the Risk Register and right-click on a column header.
• From the shortcut menu, choose how you want to modify the column:
1. Hide
2. Insert Column Before or After
3. Modify (change field type, field title, title and data alignment, and width). In addition for Risk Register to can modify upper header text and color, and number of columns of the upper height
4. Modify: field type, field title, title and data alignment, width, upper and lower headers text and color, and number of columns in the group with the same upper header
