Workflow Bar
The Workflow bar is designed to allow you to quickly switch between different views. It is called the Workflow bar because it represents the recommended workflow that you should employ to create and analyze your projects. Click on the icon in the workflow bar to switch to different views.
Not all icons fit into the workflow bar.
To open a view not shown in the Workflow bar:
1. Click the All Views icon in the Workflow bar. The Views dialog box opens.
2. To open a view, click on its associated icon.
To close the Workflow bar in the active document:
Click on the X located on the right side of the title bar.
To restore workflow bar in the current document:
Choose View > Workflow Bar from the menu.
To enable or disable the Workflow bar by default:
1. From the Tools menu, choose Options.
Or
Click the Options button on the toolbar. The Options dialog box opens.
2. Click the View tab.
3. Locate the Show or hide startup views group box at the bottom of the dialog box.
4. Select the Workflow check box to open the Workflow bar by default.
Or
Clear the Workflow check box to hide the Workflow bar by default.
