View Toolbar 

The Views toolbar is an alternative to the Workflow bar. To open a view, click its associated button. To identify the button, place your cursor over the button and flyover help will identify the view name. The Views toolbar is not open by default. 

To open the Views toolbar:

1. From the Tools menu, choose Customize. The Customize dialog box opens. 
2. Click the Toolbar tab.
3. Select the Views check box.
