Entering Risk Description and Mitigation Plans

You can add detailed description and mitigation plans to each risk in the following dialog box:

To add a description and mitigation plans to a risk:

1. Double-click on the risk ID,

Or

Right-click on the risk and choose Risk and Mitigation from the shortcut menu.

2. Go to General tab

3. Add a description and mitigation plan as required.

4. Click OK to save this information.
